At Teleperformance, I worked in technical support for a global antivirus company, providing high-quality assistance to customers while resolving complex technical issues. I supported users with software troubleshooting, account management, and security concerns, while also focusing on customer retention. This role strengthened my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and capacity to explain technical concepts clearly under pressure.

At Media XXI, I worked as a Scientific and Marketing Consultant, supporting research-based publishing and communication projects. I contributed to the development and writing of a European Union Horizon 2030 funding proposal, prepared reports for a Portugal 2020 project, and collaborated with academic partners on dissemination strategies. I also supported marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, strengthening my skills in scientific communication, analysis, and strategic messaging.

I worked as a Physics teacher in traditional schools, teaching students in the final stages of basic education. In this role, I developed strong pedagogical skills, classroom management, and the ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and engaging way. Teaching Physics strengthened my analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills, especially when working with students with diverse learning needs and academic backgrounds.
